We had a great response to our Holiday Giveaway. Three lucky winners received a $100 gift card and over 650 nurse case managers and non-bedside nurses told us their career resolutions for the new year.
Here is a sampling of the resolutions made by nurse case managers and non-bedside nurses participating in the survey:
“Enjoy what I do to the fullest.”
“Expand my role.”
“Find part-time work to supplement my current full-time position.”
“Network with other nurses in my field.”
“Work less than 80 hours a week.”
“Find a less stressful job.”
“Find enough work to pay my bills.”
“Work from home.”
“Join the Case Management Society in my area.”
“Gain more experience in my current position.”
“Finish my Master’s Degree.”
“Work on time management.”
“Pass on my passion and commitment as a case manager serving complex clients.”
Thanks to all of you that participated in the giveaway.
