This is CMSA’S 21st annual conference and expo filled with four days of education, networking and celebration of professional case management.  I’m honored to be able to speak at the conference on Friday, June 17th at 2:15.  I’ll be presenting with Doris Imperati, RN-BC, BSN, MHSA, CCM on strategies to create, cultivate, and showcase your case management successes.

We know that you work hard as a case manager.  Unfortunately, all of your hard work doesn’t always speak for itself.  This session will show attendees how to become conscious of their actions to better shape and communicate the message they want to convey to others, including peers, professional colleagues, leadership and/or potential employers. You will learn how to present yourself positively to everyone you meet, and leave behind a good impression to become THE candidate for the job that you want!
